Wendy Smollock MS, APRN, CWS
Executive Director
Wendy Smollock is a Nurse Practitioner who is board certified in both wound management and as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She brings years of expertise in geriatric program development and wound management. A recipient of a Master's Degree in Nursing from Rutgers University and a Fellow of the American Academy of Wound Management.

Paul Montenegro MS, APRN, CWCN
Executive Director
Paul Montenegro is a Nurse Practitioner who is board certified in both wound management and as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
He brings years of expertise in acute care and wound management. A recipient of a Master's Degree in Nursing from Rutgers University and Leadership and Values in Action Awards.

Zweli Tunyiswa
Executive Director
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Zweli brings 12 years of experience in healthcare management to Wound Healing Solutions.
Zweli served as Junior Executive at Narberth Services, a healthcare management company, as a Chief Operations Officer at Grossinger Neuropain Specialists, a pain-management firm, and as a partner at Shaver Consulting, a healthcare management consultancy and medical billing company.
Zwelithini utilizes his considerable healthcare marketing management acumen to help ensure that Wound Healing Solutions remains the gold-standard in wound-care consulting.

Theresa Brady MSN, CRNP, CWS
Executive Director - Pennsylvania and Delaware
Theresa Brady is a Nurse Practitioner who is board certified in both wound management and as an Family Nurse Practitioner. She brings over 17 years of expertise in geriatric program development and wound management. A recipient of a Master's Degree in Nursing from Widener University and a Certified Wound Specialist with the American Academy of Wound Management.

Thomas McNulty MSN, CRNP, CWS
Executive Director - Pennsylvania and Delaware
Tom began his career in nursing as a nurses aide in 1987. Tom, then went on to earn a BSN from Widener university. As an RN, Tom gained much valued experience in the acute care setting, working in the ICU and emergency department. To further his career Tom went back to Widener and earned his MSN in 1997. This is where Tom’s career focus shifted to wound care. He excelled in this position and was later promoted to Clinical Coordinator of the Wound Care and Burn Unit. Tom has been working in wound care in the Long Term Care and sub-acute setting since 2004, and earned the designation of Certified Wound Specialist in 2006.

Anna Darpino, Esq.
General Counsel
For more than a decade, Anna has defended a wide range of claims, including catastrophic accidents, premises liability, complex torts, negligent hiring/supervision, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour violations, and professional malpractice. As part of that practice, Anna regularly appeared in state and federal courts throughout the region, and before various administrative agencies.
Anna also has extensive experience providing guidance to companies on regulatory compliance, labor/employment issues, contract review and negotiations, and internal investigations. As the General Counsel of Wound Healing Solutions, Anna is responsible for overseeing WHS’s legal affairs, including litigation/outside counsel management, regulatory compliance, contract review/negotiation, and risk assessment.
